Breakdown of standings.
Allies - Help individuals belonging to these clans whenever possible, but FANG business comes before aid for allies.
Friendly - Help these clans if you choose, but allies and FANG business comes before this.
Neutral - Targets of opportunity. These clans are not hostile but may be shot down if there is nothing else to shoot.
Hostile - These clans are viable targets and can be shot down whenever possible.
War - These clans MUST be given preference to being shot down before any other clans. Terminate individuals belonging to these clans with extreme prejudice.

and i havent seen the FWA guys for a while, but when there on i'l keep my eye on them

CN are also ESF allies so i added them to war status on bsg, should do the same here

CD status changed to at WAR per their humble requests.
update:after shooting their UNTAGED trade chars i was killed by a CD fighter repeatedly. i warned him that that means war but he still didnt stop. i say we show em who the boss in isis is  .

Update, XFS termination is to be consider of highest priority, for breaking server rules, flaming, abusing F1, general noobish behavior.
