Basic criteria for promotions:
Time spent in clan, in-game activity, fighting skills, team-play and clan support, availability, loyalty.

Clan Ranking System: Novices  You joined in, basically you are Greenhorn. You should learn the rules, know at least fighting basics, and be able generate money for yourself. Promotion to next rank is expected from you. Notice: this rank is supposed to be temporary. Players staying too long in this rank, might find themselves discharged from clan, because they obviously can't get anything from our clan nor can offer us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Templars  Brothers in arms, protectors and servants. Along with Masters they are the core element of our clan. Every Templar should be able to take care of himself regardless of situation he is putted in. You are to help Novices and further improve your skills. Masters  With this rank comes the responsibility of training other clan members, promotions and recruitment of Novices. You are expected to have very good fighting skills and to fully uphold to our principles. Reavers  Only selected persons might become Reavers. With superb fighting skills it is expected of them to deal with any given military and diplomatic issues if needed. Reaver rank can also be given to long time active members who did extraordinary job for our clan, as a symbol of eternal gratitude. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Shadow Council: Elders  Members of FANG Shadow Council. They will be Chosen by current Council members according to our needs. They have right to recruit or discharge any member they want. There can't be more than 4 active Elders at same time. Ancient  Head of the Shadow Council. There is only one. |
