The Alliance of Cylon Imperial Dominance(A.C.I.D. in short).
The following systems are proclaimed as unexceptionable part of ACID's military, political, economical influence and protection: (none belong to single clan, everything belongs to everyone)

As of this moment, the ACID is declaring supreme rule over all cylons.

Any cylon action to the contrary of the ACID will be dealt with all due force.
All cylons are under supreme protection of A.C.I.D.
Their rights and freedom are granted by following 5 tenets:
1. Cylons are free to trade in all cylon systems.
2. Cylons may not be taxed.
3. Cylon will not attack their own species.
4. Cylon will not help anyone to destroy another cylon.
5. Cylons must co-operate in order to bring benefit to whole cylon comunity.
Exceptions:
Rules 3, 4 may be violated to enforce the 5 tenets of A.C.I.D.
Any Cylon (or Cylon friendly) clan who feels the urge help us to carry this heavy burden of responsibility we toke on our shoulders, is welcome to do so after issue discussion with current A.C.I.D. members.
