For Admins, EU and EFS..

Lately i saw a lot of things which changed my opinion about EFS...certain admins and whole EU by 180°. Such a faulness, greed, power abuse ive never seen. In email after my first conflict with admins they sugested me that i was supposed to leave silently and gracefully. Now i could say thanks for letting me play there. But i will not. As every good recall i got about EU is gone. What for i should be gratefull ? That players are treated like dirt ? And getting ejected. And spare me of your crap "Server is free of charges", "admins arent getting paid for it " It would be violation of microsoft license terms .(i think they were violated already, by "paid services" nvm.)

I am not getting paid for playing on your server either. Im not getting paid for taking care of new players. As noone else is getting paid for anything he/she ever did for EU. Only difference is, that you are just doing that officialy protected in mighty {*SHERIFF*) tagg. I could state milions of such an excuses.
We all are spending here our precious life time we could spend diff way. What do we want in return for this ? Nothing, only some respect, gamefun and fairness. And what do we receive ? All hot topic are getting locked/deleted(with excuse that moaning is killing server), players are getting banned from game and forums. What for ? For talking plain. If i say that u as admin or server sux then you wont change it with server kick.. What is giving you right to judge others ? The admin tagg ? Dont make me laugh. I dont have to {*Sheriff*) tag more respect than to FANG, Ronin, STN, DFA or any other tag. Without ur tagg u wouldnt be anything more than normal player as you were earlier. Obviously certain admin peeps(notice certain plz) forgot who is serving whom on EU.

Earlier was said that playing on EU is privilegue.
I do agree, but i would also add "its even greater privilegue to admins that players chosen their server to play on" into it.

In these days a lot of players witnessed that server rules are twisted whenever it suits to server staff. Those so called simple rules arent here for players. Those were made for admins cos it gives them power over players to apply the law whatever way they see fit. Term "abuse", play "nice" has more faces than rubic cube. (You have diff understanding for this, i have diff one, KYE has different one.) "Ooohhh justice is mighty sorceress in the hands of bender"

@eagle's latest post. Hello Eagle, Nice and brave post u made there. But your personal shielding really wont save it. Sadly i disagree almost with everything you said. Admins have absolutelly no problem in clearly seperating admin tasks from game play This is only your dream-desire my friend...and it will remain so long as current promo system(EFS clan member etc) for admins will be applied. Ehh now here is missunderstanding. You and i have obviously diff point of view on it. We started conflict in way as it suited to our clan image. I even wrote short RP report/story about it. We arent formal country with army in field.(regardless of sys ownership) Somehow this escalated into something to do with admins, I can only guess as to reasons/cause of this but I'll leave my opinion out of this. Not somehow...it started with your system war declaration. I noticed u declared chalenge on 3 systems while 4th one was left outta war. Thats ok. But obviously your EFS LtGen couldnt get over that DM attack and declared sys chalenge on last one. Thus where it started. Later escalated when Cheetah went to Tokara to kill our new recruit(Mayhem). Who didnt got even complete setup. Ahh forgot to add she was backed with Caesar. So i and Ellesar and Gok went to Tokara and easily repeled that attack. But it was not forgoten, and i ordered to deal with newly tagged EFS same way. Another problems escalated: -Sitting in docks when u start to loose. Thats really doesnt suit. Instead of silent ignorace you could say "we got enuff" You are mighty clan only when you someone outnumber, outgun etc. But almost never seen anybody of you take beating. I think only Nosferatu did. Which honours him. -xfire cause - last ejection of BigKill based on false accusation (using x-fire) was last bit on top of it. Same for banns on plyers who used TS. Power was abused. -attitude EFS/admin on Fangs in general. -and your EFS/Admin problems with our friendly clans. Thats goes for escalating problem with FANGs. If u really want to know more about how the conflict escalated from having gamefun into hatred... i might move topic from member area..where u can see whole progress. Then you wont be catched only in your subjective oppinion. But be warned...its spicy reading. --- I believe that KOS, STN, DFA could add a lot of their own points. And im sure a lot would reffer to problem with server staff(banns, treats, kicks) Which was reflected back to EFS. And same problems with EFS we got, which was reflected on admins (cos we all see same persons one moment with EFS and next moment with Sheriff taggs or they are simply server owners ) @ragna: Why should banned players contact admin m8 ? To get lectured by admins about how immature players acts, even if admin was immature. I saw enuff of it. And we all have pride. Now at the end.. Server started to be active again. This war really liven things up and helped it a lot. But now atmosphere is poisoned... And whatever it may sound blunt, mostly thx to the EFS clan and admin's attitude. Which is very ironic considering fact that EFS was picked as target especialy cos we all expected that direct presence of [EFS] in conflict would prevent this to happen. Now 4 very visible Clans are on leave(or left already). Eagle Utopia, i congratulate you. I salute you lol.

Now to [efs] clan member x EU admin problems:
..aka Conflicts of interests.

• EFS is directly connected with admins.(EFS members are admins)
  This connection is making EFS clan in eyes of potential recruits more desirable than all other clans. Nice symbiosis you have.(..or parasitism on admin reputation is better term ?)
  Only existence of this bound is your GREAT advantage already.
  More about it in next paragraph bellow.
  
  
• Words like "EFS and admin bussiness is separated" Im sorry but this is total nonsence. I can only laugh when i hear that. Every1 who knows atleast some basics about how marketing is working will get it in second. EFS forum and server forum are on same place. Thats wonderfull move how bring more recruits to your clan

Or will you create (sub)boards for other clans ? And make their leaders moderators there ? Or will you create two completely separated forums ?(one for EFS clan, one for EU) Why not ? I know current server forum looks cool, sweet menu on left side(membelist,clan/server rules, downloads for new players) getting very nicely along with EFS clan webpage. That was sarcasm just FYI. Other clans would deserve more than just one hidden thread in Freelancer section on server forum while EFS runs whole place. If you would be so fair as you claim, then it would be done long time ago.

-our clan coffers
-our active members
-our hidden chars
I dont know what i should write more about this. Its explaining enough. Unless you have some schizophrenia you cant separate yourself from this knowledge. You have access to it while others dont. Promisess that you arent using this to you advantage hardly can satisfy us. After latest example on hamburk sys chalenge we cant believe anything you will say.

Is that EFS system or admins system ?. Cos only high ranked EFS can acess it looks like EFS system.
Must be good feeling to own private system where i can buy nomad weaps/CODES, can make money in peace there without being disturbed by any other player. World locked in world only available for the chosen ones. Now it looks like admin system. Isnt ? Again great advantage.


[/li][li]Even the simpliest usage of "Universe channel" while you are in clan tagged char wont pass unoticed by new player(and therefore promotes your clan). In their eyes it does make you special.
Innocent message like "Hello Mr.XY" said by admin in universe channel while he is wearing clan taggs makes to your clan much bigger service than other clans could ever acomplish by flying across whole server and asking for new recruits

Switching between {*SHERIFF*} and EFS tagged chars back and forth whenever it suits. In next paragraph ill mention another problem.

May i ask what happens with kill stats/and EFS char ?
According my information, are kill stats either tranfered to new char or old char is renamed(renamed EFS rank). One way or another [EFS] is getting this for FREE, while other clans/players gotta pay a REAL MONEY for it. In other words this is usage of admin power, exclusively reserved free for [EFS] clan members.

For exaple credit amount. Im not saying that you are doing that but such a possibility deserves to be mentioned.On other side..if we would return to example of how Hamburk system was overtaken from STN' hands to EFS...who knows.

Lets compare it to modern contries in Real World.
If politician is suspected from conflict of interest(suspected for its possibility, notice he wasnt found guilty yet) What will happen ? He should resign either on his politics career or his private bussiness career. Is it problem to apply same moral principles in game ? Untill then, those so-called conspiration theories mentioned by Jorg on EFS forum, are on right place and well justified.


So my dear admins...i humbly ask you..
Please stop feeding us with your lullabys and stories for a small kids about separation EFS and admins function. Only fact that you are posting as SERVER-ADMIN AUTHORITY on Server-EFS forum while wearing EFS tag...,.. clearly proves you guilty from your own deliberate lies/illusion you entangled yourself into.
And whats worse, you really believe it.


It toke me a lot of time to put this post together.
Unforanetly i couldnt refrain from some personal shots here.(cos i received some earlier) Now it may look like im digging some dirt on you, but i can ensure you im not.

I banned Caesar and Crispy(your totaly unique IP betrayed you Crispy, i was aware of your true indentity since first day u registered on our forum. I cant help myself but i simply dont get why u tried to hide from us). Banns were preety easy just required few mouse clicks. And honestly first time ever i enjoyed this little power abuse i did. Banning persons who are only capable to judge and give banns to others...

But hey, you can always send us e-mail which would be disscused with forum/clan Staff members (Elders)and then we may lift sanctions aplied on your accounts. Doesnt sound it somehow familliar...and arrogant a bit ? It should. Only difference that we switched roles...atleast on this place. Now you cant even defend yourself here as others cant defend on your forum. FAREWELL AND GOOD RIDDANCE

guys i believe we have to do this thing planned so some can do this with the risk of getting banned and some at the same time can be more carefull but still work on EFS forum not get BANNED as thats what they want us to do also so that forum will be silenced. I must thank u for your post. I really didnt bothered to check EFS fora anymore. I found server with great admins and great gaming comunity. Also fighters i can really learn a lot from(g/o..sounds incredible huh ?). Which made me very happy cos it gived me reason to continue playing this wonderfull game.

KnowYourEnemy is member of ||KOS||, so if they are saying that no ||KOS|| and only Kye is banned then they have created some nice oxymoron statement

For a last time i say, FANG started shoot EFS, EFS entered system chalenge. In same chronology as i have said. This is for every1.And i cant be bothered why other thinks diff all the time(or who started saying diff story). I posted it even on EFS fora into EFS target list topic which was later deleted. As for me not doing anything to fix "rumor" about EFS cowardice. U arent serious, are u ? DO IT YOURSELF OMFG! I really will not take any blame for this lmao. (but latest events about EFS Xardas LtCol making alt+f4 in fight with Feanor, how im suposed to fix this ?) Finito!

If anyone out there truly believes they can begin to explain the logic(?) in Raven's statement, please PM me immediately, because I am at a total loss here.

I told to eagle that sys chalenge started first conflicts. Is there anything hard to understand for ur old mind ? But i can write it in few different languages if this will help you.

This is a subject that has previously been raised by the Admins/Moderators (and is currently the subject of further discussion), usually in conjunction with suggestions for a system of "official" recognition of Clans on Eagle Utopia Server. I for one have been a supporter of this idea and would like to see such a thing happen, if possible. There is, however, a major problem with this. As an Admin I, and others, would have access to any "private" boards created for a Clan. We would be duty bound to regularly read these boards, to ensure that there were no TOS Violations (Terms Of Service), and would therefore be privy to what would be considered Private or "Classified" information as to another Clan's intentions. Considering the nature of many of Raven's comments, how long would it have been before this was portrayed as a further indication or possibility of "Admin Abuse"?

The simplest solution is the one that is currently in place... Clans organise and moderate their own forums, and they are responsible for who has access to what they may consider "sensitive" information.

Atleast u said u r suporter. Why it should be only ur duty ? if clan leaders would be moderators..it would be their duty too. Now stop putting ur words into my mouth. I do not say its admin abuse, but thing that server forum and efs clan forum are at same place is great advantage for EFS clan. U dont need to be Einstein to figure this out. Besides i would also like to add, that ive ment opened clan areas for public where they could post some info about whats going in clan etc etc. And not protected areas.

Now be so kind, if you are saying that best thing is when clans alone organise their forums... why the EFS and EU forums arent separated ? (for e.g. eagleutopia.proboardsxx.com and http://efs.proboards2.com) U also (purposely ?) managed to skip that comment. Thank u.

I've got a newsflash for you matey, it's something called "Trust". I realise that this is obviously an alien concept to you, try looking it up in a dictionary sometime. I myself do not have immediate access to information about a Clan's finances, or to how many of it's members are currently active on the server. I can request this information if I wish, but I would have to show good reason for wanting it. If I did not provide a good reason, the information would not be provided. A similar set of rules are in place with regards to requests to see a Chat Log... If I do not have a good reason, I don't get to see it. And believe me, nobody in their right mind would ever wish to read a Chat Log just for the sake of doing so, they are incredibly boring and I really do have more enjoyable ways to waste my time. I am able to see what other names are in a player's account when I am in my SHERIFF char only, I cannot do it with any other char and would never wish to do so. I would estimate that at least 90% of my knowledge of another player's chars comes from simple observation and, like other players, it has not been unknown for me to sometimes make mistakes there. I have often been asked to supply information about the other names a player uses, my answer has always been simple... "I am not allowed to reveal that information".

only thing ill say i was on nomad hunt for him.(with Scourge char same for Gok.). and wanted finish it. He was not fully equiped there. We sitted at Unkown JH in Alpha. Can anyone seriously believe that this can compete with members of another Clan rushing over to new players, and giving them the credits to buy the best ship and equipment? Something FANG Clan is not averse to doing, I note. EFS do not buy recruits, they never have, they never will. If anything the recruitment requirements of EFS put off quite a few possibles, who would rather seek a "quick fix" to obtaining the best ships and equipment, rather than work for them.

Yes, why not ? Universe channel comments made by admins in clan chars instead of admin chars can be very hardly overlooked. Thats why you dont need search for new recruits.

This subject has been covered quite a few times before, sadly it appears Raven does not have the IQ to understand what is a rather simple concept. Actually I'm sure he does understand the answer, but it much more suits his purpose to once again raise this issue. Oh well, I'll explain it once more...

When I am in my {*SHERIFF*} char, I am in what can be best described as "full Admin mode". This means I am free and willing to answer any questions another player may have, no matter how trivial, and also to deal with any problems that may arise. When I am in any other char I am trying to actually play the game for a while, and trust that the other players will respect this and only contact me, as an Admin, should there be an important problem that cannot wait until later.

If I were to follow the logic (or actually the lack of it) of Raven's statement, I would not be allowed to deal with a problem that was brought to my attention when not in my {*SHERIFF*}, as it is only that char that has full Admin rights. Instead I would be forced to reply "Sorry, I can't help you just now, because someone might see me switch and accuse me of abusing my position." Perhaps I should try that the next time a member of FANG contacts me with a problem, and I am not in my {*SHERIFF*}... how long do you think it would be before we got complaints of "Admins failing to act", or "Admins not caring"?

I can assign quite a few emotions to my dealings with Raven (and a few others) over the years, pity and impatience would be high on the list, but hatred?... over a game?... never.

First of all... i think you are confusing 3 terms Caes:

• basekilling - acording old written rule, there was 2k no pvp zone around bases and dockable planets.
  
  
• dockrape - grounding someone to base/planet and not allowing him to leave system.
  
  
• spawnkilling/or dockkilling - killing someone during undock procedure while he has no control over his ship.(5 seconds after undock untill shield comes up).
  

What did i violated Caes ? Yet you are talking about basekilling, but in system chat u acused me of dockraping.( I putted spawnkilling defintion here too, to be sure that no missunderstandings will happen.) Spawnkilling rule was removed due to server enforced rules. Ship cannot be killed during undock thx to server side settings.

Dockrape ? If i kill someone over and over he always can inform me that he thinking he got enuff, and wishes to leave system freely. This was exactly described by you few times. I have np with it, i may also escort him to nearest JH/JG. I do not dockrape often usualy for good reson, and ppl are way too much full of themselves to admit "You bashed me really a lot, now i would like to leave system freely thx xP" Very rarely happened to me.

Basekill ? This rule was removed, to avoid such preety cheap arguing like you are demonstrate atm.

But yes, i attacked target in distance shorter than 2k from base. I do admit it.(but i did not attacked imiditately after he undocked, he got really a lot of time to take very fair distance from base).
Thats why me and BigKill were surprised so much by crap you started there.

So did i something wrong ? basekill was removed very long time ago and this incident happened in Tokara, where basekill never existed. So u can hardly accuse me of anything there.Quoting Eagles' Reply no. 16 See quote bellow plz.

A system either has basekill rules or it does not, no select group of players that can and others that can't. The following systems have no basekill rule (note that owner is allowed to enforce role play rules!):
- Tokara
- DSZ
- Lootopia
- Omega-31

All other systems are protected by the server basekill rules, you can read the description of the added systems (universe map) by clicking the (?) button when selecting that system. This description will show the role play rules of that system and you should be able to deduct from that that the owners of the 4 systems mentioned above have chosen to drop the basekill rule for their system

Now TS issue with KOS

2. Raven again admitted to using XFire while on Eagle Utopia. So I questioned how it was that he had regularly accused KOS members of causing lag by using TS. I will be looking to cover the Voice Chat/Instant Messenger problem in more detail later, my current point is that once again Raven showed a willingness to do something when he had previously complained about others.

Yes i did. I and im saying it again. Yes im using Xfire, sometimes. Especialy used it on long trade runs, and almost never in fight or when is server under heavy trafic, which really isnt case of EU server is it ?

I(and not only me) also did acused KOS few times for usage of TS. Escalated especialy in DM when it was super- laggy fight and i saw TS full of KOS members on KOS webapge which lead to some flame from my side. I do admit it and it was wrong. I do not know how much it does affect laggs. I believe it very stronly depends on connection.

But what i really find "interesting" is that you did nothing that time about TS, untill ||KOS|| started fight EFS. Sudenly this problem became problem of yours, while it was ignored earlierYou could simply be stfu, but u rather banned few KOS members. Nice double standards, and you dare call me hypocrite ? You old fool! Before you are going give me lectures, wash your own mouth, clear your own dirt. Otherwise it looks very akward and insulting from your side.

Honestly i wouldnt accept appology even if you would offer it to me.

Now regarding my bann...
First i dunno how many witnesess were in Tokara and later in NL when i said some "nice" words to caes. If anyone was offended by them, i offer my appology. Not to Caes ofcourse. We already made our oppinions about eachother and hardly can anything change on that.

My in-game bann, was for flaming on admin.
I take full responsibility for that. Flaming on admin is considered as banable offense on 99,9% servers. language i used was really offensive. And i earned what i deserved. For my own defence i can say, in NL i flamed at Caesar after one of my clan m8s were ejected by him, ejection based on wrong information.(and i thought it was bann cos the KOS were banned earlier for using TS, while BK was acused for using Xfire). But it does not excue my reaction i guess.
I also flamed at Caesar in Tokara and i raised some questions which i later posted on this forum.
Do i regret it ? No. What was done, was done.

Raven has also been banned from this Forum. This was not because we objected to what he was posting here, as he would have many of you believe, it was because he elected to offer a platform for other people to air their views, who had previously been banned from the forum. At least he had the common sense not to give out his account details to another party, but I have already said why such an action is not acceptable, and I believe that the decision to apply a ban is justified. In response Eagle, Cheetah and myself have been banned from FANG's forum. None of us have made any inappropriate posts or actions on that Forum. Raven's reason for applying the ban is basically "because he can do so", nothing else... and he accuses us of abusing our powers. Although I can accept that many people will not agree with some of our recent actions, we are at least able to offer some justification for ours, Can any of you honestly feel that Raven can justify his? Until very recently I had completely forgotten I had an account there. I have no idea when I had last logged on to that Forum prior to the ban, and have no intent to bypass it. However I do need to respond to some of the comments Raven has made on his Forum later, so will have to do so here.

First i advise you to think before you take someone right to express himself, otherwise he can voice his oppinions on other places in much blunt manner than he was intended to do on your forum originally. And u may not receive right to voice yours.

EFS is your forum, you may bann whomever u want, for any reason you see fit. I do..reserve same right for myself to bann every1 as i see fit. You toke my possibility to voice my oppinions on your forum i toke your right to defend yourself on our forum. Yes it is "eye for an aye" attitude. There is nothing else to justify. Thing that u got objective reasons to do so or to do not, is not our concern. Funny i didnt received even warning for those few posts i made in behalf of others which were really very reasonable.

We built up this forum and its our home now. We will decide who is welcome, who may enter and who will be kicked out. Your(or everyone else's) oppinion in this matter is totaly meaningless to us, nor we are willing to discuss this policy. If me or my members will get banned, same can expect oposing party from us. If you have problem with your bann, you can always send us email and your request to voice your oppinions here freely, will be discussed by our forum staff members.(we toke this inspiration from you).

The only reason I have so far been able to find for the FANG v EFS War is... because Raven wanted a war with EFS. There is no previous history of hostile acts between the two clans, all previous PvPs had been agreed, and fought in a friendly manner. Suddenly this changed, and I still cannot find any good reason for it. Yes this is "just a game" but, even so, there should still be a logical reason for a war between Clans.

You cant find any good reason ? Who is taking this war personaly now ? The reason was so simple...and you are trying to find what ? Some deep schemes which would satisfy your logic m8 ?

For the most part battles in this war were fought in a friendly manner, and I thoroughly enjoyed them... I know this applied to the other members of EFS also. I died a lot, I got a lot of kills., I had FUN. I had reservations about the involvement of players and Clans who had no reason to do so (imo), but I did not let that detract from my enjoyment at the time. Sadly the war quickly became a platform for certain players to air their grievances against the Server Admins personally, to air other issues with regards to the Server itself, and against EFS Clan. Things went rapidly downhill from there...

Atleast something good at the end. Yeah fighting was fun....atleast for a while. Good that u enjoyed it. We started war for fun and to bring more activity to server. And server activity and ppl's interest about whats going on EU increased. I wrote it in EFS target list before you cleaned it m8. I did even started to write bit of RP background in sirius news.., shame im not good writer. We expected some placing on KOS list, that u decided hit so hard on our systems was truly shock for us. And that u wanted hit us "only"economicaly was revealed at end of war. Which ensured us in our wrong conlusion. (about EFS overtaking our systems). Why ? You own 1/2 of omicrons, whole kusari, all sigmas... .

I do admit some mistakes from our side, but thinking that only we are responsible for everything is very silly....and hilarious. Like eagle said earlier..."noone is comming out smelling like roses".

But not everyone has the balls to admit that either, or do they ?
I guess it really doesnt matter now anyway. Our clans are out for good from EU. Imho this should be done long time ago.

...I do not intend to respond to every point in Raven's post, as many of them are clearly the work of a desperate and sad mind (imo) that feels it can just throw out one pathetic accusation after another in the belief that "some dirt will stick"...

How did u came to this ? lmao. But you are partialy right. Im sad...about you. You really didnt surprised me in your answer. You are also teribly mistaken about my belief. Actualy i toke pieces of your own dirt and putted them in big picture. As everyone could seen. ^^ . I see my mind is also desperate lol. I dont have slightest idea why it should be. Your server is dying. Desperate i was when i tried to do something for server earlier. But go ahead, repeat this crap over and over.. Someone might believe it. As you do when you are ensuring yourself in this everytime you are going to sleep. Play your little insignificant admin role, on insignificant server and dont bother others with your ever-unmistekable statements. Perhaps if you will add bit more irony and sarcasm terms ppl wont find what was your point there.
