You find the pic you want, then open up paint shop. You then save the file as a .jpg file. Open up your internet browser(Internet Explorer/Mozilla FoxFire) You can use imageshack.us/ and then click on the "Browse" button and find your pic in .jpg form. Then you just upload it to the hosting site, then you find the right link for websites and forums.
Last thing to do is copy and paste the link to a post, then you double click the link that you put on the post and then click on the ([/img]) button (4 button on the bottom Tags). Then you can just preview it to see if it works or not. then just Post Reply.

That's it. It looks confusing, but once you do it it's easy
